This programable CNC Automatic Guitar Wire Winding machine (SS600G) is one digital programmable precise coil winding machine. This machine is used for winding the guitar pickup wire, musical string, etc. . It be called guitar string winder also. It's the best choice for winding guitar pickups wire, stringed instrument wire, etc. .
Features:
1. Spreading head of SS600G can install six pieces different size wires at the same time.
2. Winding and wire spreading can be done by one machine at same time.
3. Step motor driven by constant-current power supply, high spreading speed precise winding.
4. "Start Point" could set by key panel or with teachable function. Display will show the position of spreading head while setting.
5. Small wire diameter coil of spreading by nozzle type spreading head.
6. Wire passing through ceramic rollers prevent wire from high temperature.
7. Foot-switch connection for better efficiency.
8. Winding parameters and options can be set independently for each step.
9. Memory capacity accommodates 999 steps of parameters with Off-power memory retention.

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag):  For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
