SANSHINE SS851BMS is a CNC programmable automatic coil winding machine equipped with high torsion DC winding motor. It is specially designed for winding and rewinding large motor stator coils and generator coils, supporting max wire diameter up to 3.8mm, and coil dimensions can be fully customized as customer demands.

Equipped with microprocessor control for easy program setup; constant-current stepper motor delivers fast wire arrangement and precise winding. It supports start point setting via panel or teach function with real-time spreading head position display. Ceramic wire rollers protect enamel insulation, multi-spindle synchronous structure boosts output, and foot switch further improves operating efficiency with freely adjustable winding parameters.

Packaging & Shipping

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag):  For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
