The programable automatic thick plastic nylon string rewinding machine (SS-RW04) is a CNC type programmable wire rewinding machine with high torsion DC winding motor. The capacitiy of maximum wire diameter can reach 5.0mm. This machine is the best choice for the thick nylon wire and plastic wire rewinding. Wind the string onto the small spool or bobbin from one big spool with a huge wire. Or wind the string onto the spool from the plastic extrusion machine. This wire rewinder be named high torsion plastic wire winding machine, thick plastic wire coil winding machine and thick plastic wire bobbin rewinding machine also. This winder can be customized according to spool size by requested.

Packaging & Shipping

 

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag):  For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
