Description of Single Channel Interturn Insulation Tester :

The 10KV single chanel wire coil winding intertun insulation impulse surge detecting machine adopts high stability high-voltage impulse power supply and high-voltage switching device controlled by thyristor module,which greatly improves the stability and reliability of the product. This surge tester is suitable for measuring the insualtion shorting of turn to turn of the single winding coils. Such as solenoid valve coil,relay coil, inductor choke coil, voice coil, current sensors, current contactor coil, RFD coil,charger coil,transformer coil, etc.

Features of Single Channel Interturn Insulation Tester :
1. The use of high stability high-voltage impulse power supply and controllable silicon module controlled high-voltage switching devices greatly improves the stability and reliability of the product.(Completely avoiding the problems of poor stability, long preheating time, short lifespan, and easy aging caused by the first generation simulation products such as "inflatable hydrogen gate" and "oscilloscope".)
2. Adopting advanced digital signal processing technology and strong anti-interference ability.

Packaging & Shipping

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag):  For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
