Description of SANSHINE High Speed CC Fully Automatic Slider Type Toroid Winding Machine:

This fully automatic slider type automatic toroid coil winding machine (SS100FAS series, winding shuttle inner diameter 90~170mm) is used for winding fine enamelled wire toroidal coils without operator. This slider type fully automatic toroid coil winding robot (SS100FAS series) adopts programmable precise CNC toroid controller with precise servo motors and sensors, Adopts winding shuttle with slider. Shuttle and slider take the fine enamel wire and wind on the toroidal core in orderly according to user's wire layout requirements. This winding robot is an accurately and reliability programmable precise toroid coil winding machine. The slider type fully automatic ring coil winder (SS100FAS series) is used for winding toroid current transformer, toroid current sensor, watt metter current toroidal sensors, toroid inductor, toroid transformer, toroid coil, toroid chock coil, power magnetics, small step motor coil, converter inductors, etc. . This fully automatic slider type toroidal coil winding equipment (SS100FAS series) be know as toroid angle motor winding machine and toroid hall effect current transducer sensor winding machine also.

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag):  For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
